How the system works

The Help Button

• Simply press the button to get help.

• The button is completely waterproof.

• Can be worn as a pendant or on a wristband like a watch.

  
  

The Base Unit

• The base unit immediately calls the response center when help button is pressed.

• Within seconds of pressing the help button you will be talking with a friendly EMD certified attendant.

  
  

The Response Center

• Will summon help by contacting family, friends, or neighbors, or can contact Emergency Services.

• Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification trained like a 911 dispatcher.
